What happens in a Reiki session?

You stay fully clothed and rest on the massage table while I work with your energy to clear, activate and balance your aura and chakras. Most people feel warmth, peaceful, and a deep sense of calm. Plenty of women tell me it's the best rest they've had in a long time. Sessions are 60 minutes. Book a Reiki session HERE

What kind of massage do you offer?

Relaxation, deep tissue and remedial massage. Relaxation is gentle and flowing. Deep tissue is firmer and works into tight shoulders, backs and necks. Remedial targets a specific ache, injury or restricted movement. Sessions are 60 minutes. Book a Massage HERE

Can I have a psychic reading online?

Yes. Readings are available in person here in Townsville or online, wherever you are in the world. Bring your questions for help with clarity, understanding and direction. Readings are 45 minutes. Book a reading HERE

Do I need to know anything about energy healing first?

Not at all. Most women who come to me are new to it and just want to feel better. I explain everything as we go, in plain language, and you're welcome to ask as many questions as you like.

What are your qualifications?

Thirty years in the health and wellness industry, with Diplomas in Advanced Remedial Massage and Beauty Therapy, Certificates in Counselling, Youth Work, Aromatherapy and Bach Flower Remedies, Level 2 Reiki, and training in Crystal Healing, Colour Therapy, Sound Therapy, Metaphysical Studies and Psychic Reading.

Where are you located?

Oonoonba, Townsville. All sessions are by appointment. Open weekdays and weekends.
